CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

This course provides the student with the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.

Upon successful completion, the student will receive a Statement of Attainment certificate.

Incorporating the Unit of Competence HLTAID009 Provide CPR.

Topics include:

Primary Survey - Checks for Danger, Response, Airway, Breathing
CPR (resuscitation)
Immediate casualty management following/during unconciousness and following a collapse
Report Writing
