Assessment | In addition, students will be required to complete a minimum of 30 hours practical field experience hours and complete workbooks containing theory assessments. It is critical for students to align themselves with a qualified and experienced mentor (Certifcate IV in Fitness plus a minimum of 1 years industry experience) throughout the practical field experience hours. NOTE: Prior to commencing Field Experience, Fitness Student Insurance will be required. This insurance can be obtained by going to http://fitness.org.au and applying on-line. The insurance is FREE and offers coverage for up to 12 months. |
Completion of the Certificate III in Fitness qualification provides career pathways to work as an instructor providing exercise instruction for group, aqua or gym programs. Attainment of this qualification offers a maximum of 100 SACE points.
